As we move through the planning and licensing process, we are focused on recruiting educators who meet New York State childcare requirements and share our mission of providing safe, high-quality care. Daquan Morrison Title: Founder & Operations Director (Veteran)
​Daquan Morrison is the Founder and Operations Director of Chandler’s Promise Preschool. Chandler’s Promise was created from our shared journey as parents of a child with disabilities and the challenges we faced finding childcare that truly understood and supported children who need specialized care. Daquan is committed to building an inclusive, structured program where children of all abilities are welcomed, supported, and valued. His focus is ensuring the center is developed with strong operations, compliance readiness, and a foundation that allows families to feel supported—not turned away.
Shaniqua Campbell
Title: Co‑Founder & Program Director
​Shaniqua Campbell is the Co‑Founder and Program Director of Chandler’s Promise Preschool. As the parent of a child with disabilities, Shaniqua experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to find childcare that meets the needs of children who require extra support and understanding. Chandler’s Promise was founded to create the kind of place our family struggled to find—an environment where every child’s strengths are recognized, their needs are supported, and their potential is honored. Shaniqua leads program planning with a focus on safety, inclusion, nurturing care, and family partnership.
